Oh, bad Breath… Have you ever talked to a person who has really bad breath? Pointing out someone’s bad breath is actually hard because it may hurt his/her feelings. With that being said, you can be the one who has bad breath because no one has told you about it.
What causes bad breath? In Western medicine, the main reasons for bad breath come from cavities, gum disease, bad digestion, tonsillitis, sore throat, rhinitis, smoking and drinking alcohol, eating a lot of spicy food, etc.

If you do the following more than often, you are more likely to be this type.
・Overeating and over drinking

If you are this type, your stomach holds heat, and changing your diet can dramatically improve bad breath.
You should refrain from greasy food, spicy food, alcohol, cigars. Carrots are recommended food because they make your stomach cool down. Carrot juice or smoothies is a good way to consume more of the carrots. If you don’t like carrots, watermelons and green beans are other options.

Type2 is worse than Type1. If you live in a humid and hot area, you have a higher chance to become Type2 than those who don’t. In this type, the stomach energy is weak because of diet.
In order to bring your stomach back to normal, you should avoid eating greasy food, spicy food, cold food & beverages, sweet food, smoking cigars and drinking alcohol a lot. Dairy products make humidity in your stomach in which you need to avoid so it is better off refraining from them. As a solution, your diet should contain a lot of vegetables and fruits.
If you like drinking tea, oolong tea, kombucha tea and orange peel tea are recommended.
Type3(Liver Fire Rising):
symptoms: red eyes, Vertigo, Flash, Dry mouth, Dry eyes, Headache, sleepy all the time, irregular menstrual cycle, little amount of blood when menstruation
The main causes for Type3 are the following:
・Staying up late
・Having a lot of stresses
・Worrying too much
・Thinking too much
As a solution, you should standardize your lifestyle, exercise regularly such as yoga, stretching light-weight workout, and refrain from alcohol.
Avoiding greasy food is a must in this type and consume cucumbers, potatoes, yams, watermelons more. For tea, goji berry tea and rose tea are recommended.
